These terms and conditions are the complete agreement between Client and PT. Growth Asia. This agreement supersedes all prior agreements, representations or promises made by PT. Growth Asia that differ in any way from these terms and conditions.
This agreement shall be interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. The designated Venue for litigating any dispute under this agreement shall be in the appropriate court in Medan, North Sumatra, Indonesia.
